Fast and Furious Assistant Coach Danci Dennis said, “We honestly didn’t know what to think of when we first started. We were thinking honestly, 20 to 30 kids, and we had about 50 sign up and have shown up to practice every single day. So it’s really just the excitement of all the other kids.” A new program with some new runners, but it hasn’t taken long to find success. Fast and Furious Runner Maysa Dennis said, “It makes me happy because my friends are with me and it makes me happy!” Fast and Furious Runner Ryker Williamson said,”It feels good to represent a smaller town that can do bigger things. Just go out there and compete with all the bigger towns.” Asst. Coach Dennis said, “I am very excited because it’s time for the kids to shine. They’ve worked hard all summer, they put in hours not just with us at practice, but on their own time. I’m ready to see them shine, I’m ready for all their hard work to be shown at college station.” Fasten those seatbelts Big Country…the Fast and Furious are off and running
